They will see whatever is on your transcript. If you stay top 10%, I'd think you have a fair shot at USC/UCLA, especially coming from a Southern California school. Given that you're at a T4, I think you'd want to be at least top 5% to have a good chance at GT, but I'm not sure. They do take T4 transfers, but you might want to check their 509 to get a sense of what 25-75 percentile GPAs were last year.
