rank reporting?
So I have all my grades today, but I'm waiting for my school to calculate and announce the ranks. If I order a transcript sent to LSAC now, how will the schools I apply to know my rank? Does class rank even go on official transcripts?

Re: rank reporting?
When I asked my school, they said that class rank does not go on your transcript. Told me when ranks are available to come in, let them know, and they'll send a letter to the schools I'm applying to with my class rank and GPA on it.
Not sure if yours works the same way or not.

Re: rank reporting?
OP here.
I assume my school doesn't put on the transcript, since I see no spot for it on the unofficial transcript I can download from our student link. The school just publishes top 5%/10%/15%/20% cut-offs etc. as a table on their website for anyone to see.
