Forms for Transfer Applications

Post by Elleonleo » Thu May 21, 2015 12:08 pm

Hey Y'all,

I was hoping someone might be able to tell me if my undergrad/grad schools need to send individual certification forms to each transfer school I apply to? Or do they send it to me and then I make copies and send to each school that requires them? I'm assuming my undergrad would need to send individual ones because each transfer school that does require them seems to have their own form. If so that is wildly annoying?
Thanks

They send them to the schools' admissions offices.

So if I am applying more than one school, they will have to fill out separate ones for each school that I am applying to?

You're not supposed to open a certification letter. They will have to fill out a form for each school separately.
