Is it OK to submit an application before your 2nd semester grades are available?
I just submitted to NYU my application but only indicated my grades from the 1st sem. as all my grades from this semester are not yet available.
I hope this is not a problem... any advice is welcome!

It's not a problem, you will just need to follow up with them with your grades from this semester.
