Anonymous Posting

T30 to TT/TTT

Finished up my 2L year and I want to transfer as a visiting student to a TT/TTT school located in the market where I eventually would like to practice for my 3L year. What kinds of grades do I need for downward transfer? Have a 3.006 GPA; my school does not rank so I have no idea where exactly I stand. I should add that I have a disciplinary history with the T30 school, so I was also wondering how that would affect my admission to the TT/TTT school. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm pretty sure that you can't transfer after four completed semesters. Most schools, however, will allow you to visit another school for a year. You should explore that option.

Being a visiting student isn't a transfer, so this isn't the appropriate forum.
