TT to Notre Dame?
3.3 at Loyola (IL). Top 33%. Contemplating transferring to Notre Dame. Seems like I would have a good chance based on past numbers, worth it? Currently get half tuition paid for.

So you'd be looking at graduating with >200K in debt, and would not appear to have a great shot at a successful OCI? Does not seem like a good idea.
