is it on an A+ scale? I guess you could get a lower t14 -- not impossible. Is the school accredited?

Yes you have a realistic shot. With a 3.9 you should be in pretty good shape for GULC. Any idea where that puts you rank wise (it will be pretty high)?
You should apply to GULC early action (it's non-binding) with your 3.9 as it's unlikely that your GPA will increase significantly in the spring (even with straight A's, you can only go up by 0.05). The worst they can do is hold you over to regular decision.
