It's too late to apply there at this point but I am thinking about applying after another semester assuming I maintain my ranking

Likely not possible. Most schools allow transfer only between 1L and 2L.Anonymous User wrote:It's too late to apply there at this point but I am thinking about applying after another semester assuming I maintain my ranking

Also, I don't know about UF, but I know that FSU takes students after 1, 2, or 3 semesters (or their PT equivalents) and accepts students in spring, summer, or fall. Strange things go on in that state, and I'm not just talking about Florida Man.echooo23 wrote:Likely not possible. That's the thing. I applied to FSU for a transfer for the Fall semester but I have been complete over a month with no movement. I don't know if there is any hope for me at this point

I stand corrected. What a rare school it is that takes transfers after 1, 2, or 3 semesters.DarkPassenger wrote:That's the thing. I applied to FSU for a transfer for the Fall semester but I have been complete over a month with no movement. I don't know if there is any hope for me at this point
Have you followed up with a LOCI? It's pretty late already, but it's possible that they are waiting for deposits and are keeping you on hold. But I think at this late juncture it's not unreasonable for you to LOCI and, perhaps in the process, politely ask about status.
