At FSU Law (bottom of top 10%, Law Review, wants to work in a large law firm in order to get to in-house counsel, would like Atlanta, DC, or NY)
Northwestern (better prospects for big law in those markets, far from family and cold, like the small size of the school)
App on hold at UChi, I turned down Georgetown, waiting for NYU and Columbia. Must tell Northwestern tomorrow.

You won't get Biglaw with those #s from FSU. Even if you do go to NU you likely won't get DC since it is such a bloodbath and unless you have good ties to ATL you won't be able to get that either. NY is not only possible but probable. If you are fine with that, go.

This is a tough call (probably a lot tougher than the majority of TLSers will make it seem). Your low scholly sucks but FSU is super cheap. On the other hand, NW opens up a lot more doors than top 10% at FSU. I would say go but god damn that's a lot of extra debt. Make the most out of your time at NW and be willing to sacrifice your firstborn for biglaw, as you made the wrong decision if you don't get it.
