Too late to apply?

Roughly top 5 percent at a T20. Very little interest in transferring but would like more money. Didn't anticipate doing so well second semester so it didn't cross my mind until now. What should I do? Is it too late to get apps in time?

No, there are several higher ranked schools to which you can still apply.
