Emory transfer housing

Can anyone who either attends Emory Law, transferred, or is generally familiar with the area please recommend some specific buildings or good areas for housing.
Looking for somewhere clean, safe, and close to campus. Any help is appreciated.

Looking for the same thing but bringing two kids and a husband. Or, at the very least, areas to avoid?

I'm over in orlando, FL. I need to take a drive over to ATL at some point to find a place to live. Still deciding on whether or not I should find a roommate. Hope to see ya'll at orientation.
