Is this normal? It's kind of freaking me out. I really don't know what to expect. Has this happened to anyone else? UCLA was a safety transfer application and so I wasn't expecting this. I did apply and get in when I first applied to law school and I think that may have something to do with this. Any thoughts or expectations?
Stats: Top 30 school, rank: 3, strong ties to SoCal.

Re: UCLA wanting to do a Skype Interview?
I did a transfer interview with Duke. Obviously it cuold be totally different, but my interview was very low-key. The interviewer asked me why I wanted to transfer to Duke, what my career goals, what market I wanted to work in, etc. And then he gave me a lot of background on the Duke program. If UCLA is anything like that, don't sweat it. Just have the answers to your basic questions.

I also got a request for interview. Strong ties to CA; Top 20% at T30; specific reasons for wanting to transfer. Anyone have more info on the interview process?
