Anonymous Posting

Penn tends to take mostly from Tier 1, from what I remember.

Colleague of mine from last year from a lower-T2 xfer'd to Penn. (He also went to Penn UG--for what it's worth)

Never heard of any T4 getting accepted to Penn and I know somebody who was number one in their class. Still got denied.
