Target Market: NYC

What are my chances at CLS, NYU, Cornell?

OP here- I know that Cornell doesn't let transfers do OCI. Does anyone know if I can just do OCI at my current school (kinda like double dipping without actually getting to double dip)

With where you are now, you should be targeting higher than CNG or not transferring.
