What are my chances?

I am top 40% at a school ranked in the 40's. I'm looking to transfer to a school about 10 ranking spots higher for personal reasons. Do I have any shot at all? I was also originally accepted to the school I'm trying to transfer to. Do they take LSAT score into account even in the slightest?
