If its just a warning, is it on ur record? If not, then I wouldnt worry unless it affects ur "good standing" status

probably doesn't matter at all

but if you go to TJSL or something and trumped-up disciplinary charges are their latest anti-transfer innovation i would like to hear the story

I don't quiet understand what you mean. first I am not sure if I need to disclose this warning in my c&f, second, if I do disclose, would be a concern for the law school I am transferring to?

C&F is something you do to take the bar in a particular state, so it would depend on what state you wanted to practice in. i think they all ask about school disciplinary issues but you'd have to look at the exact wording for your state.

but that's not really relevant right now. you should look at the transfer application and decide if it requires disclosure.

the wording on G-town's ED application C&F is "Have you ever been the subject of any disciplinary action taken by any college or university?", I am wondering if I need to disclose under this? and how bad this would affect me?

I would disclose because the Bar will wonder why you didn't disclose and that will constitute a second knock against you, probably even worse than behavior that led to the warning. As far as whether it will affect the transfer, I don't think anyone here can say for sure -- though there will likely be a few anecdotes out there.

I'm curious to know that if one had an INformal warning, and not on their record, do they have to disclose this for the C&F bar-related issue?

ask your state's C&F committee. wear a false mustache so they don't know it's you.
