Top 15% class rank plus your current school is all that matters, assuming that you can articulate reasonable reasons for wanting to transfer to any particular school.

I'd apply to a broad range of T14's. I was top 20% at a T1 and got accepted at Mich/NU/GULC. Try for the one that is closest to your target market.

An extra credential such as a CPA license wouldn't hurt either.......but as the above posters indicated - articulate a solid PS.
