Tier 4 transfer choices?

So I pulled top 11%, it was more like 7% but a 100 kids dropped out. I am at tier 4 Nova and was thinking about transferring. I think I will do better this semester, I really should have pulled awesome grades last semester, but I had some serious exam jitters. What are the chances I could get into UF or FSU at 11% at a t4?

Nova does have decent employment for its rank. I think half the kids have lawyer to hire them. I think the locale is okay with Nova kids too.
