GULC EA Chances
T2, GPA: 3.62 (top 8-12% based on past years). Horrible UGPA and average LSAT, non-legal WE all through college. My dilemma: I know I'm ranked #1 in my section, but my section curved about 1/3 of a grade down from the others. The curve is a 3.0, my doctrinals gave 1A, 1A, 3A, and I ended up with 3 A- and 1 B+. The other sections had professors give between 5-10 A's and some gave A+. Is there any way to explain this or am I stuck? Looking at GULC EA and I know it's a stretch. The sections have combined this semester so I'm expecting to be able to slide into the top 5%. Thoughts...

Apply and see what happens. It's not that big of a stretch. If you slide into top 5%, you'll probably get in somewhere.

I'd say it's worth the app fee unless you're super poor can can barely afford to feed yourself.
