when to remove from resume old school journal

I know for OCI you are supposed to put if you made it onto a journal before u transferred on your resume, do you always keep that on your resume, or should I remove it by now especially since i'm on a new journal and i'm applying for an internship during spring semester?

once you get on a new journal, delete the old and replace with the new
