Top 10% at T4 to Texas law schools?
What are my chances of admission as a transfer to the law schools in Texas as a Top 10% at a T4. Primarily targeting: Baylor, U of Houston, and SMU.

I can't imagine too many scenarios where transfering TO Baylor would be a wise decision. If cross that off your list.
After that, it's just whether you want to work in Dallas or HousTTTon. You should have both options available to you. Especially if your T4 is in Texas.
