Grades not out yet - apply for transfer?
I've only received 3 out of 5 grades so far for spring semester. Should I just go ahead and apply for transfer without it? I want to be able to put it on my resume and all that (esp. cause I CALI'd a class this semester but I don't want to put it down cause I only have half the grades). What's the consensus on this?

No harm in waiting until you get all your grades. Most all schools will not even look at applications until everything is submitted. No rush.
