Grades are in, Top 50% at Tier 1: Rank 25, should I even bother applying to GWU (Rank 20)? What are my chances?

I think it depends on what your reasons are. Are you looking at IP/Patents? Do you have any engineering/science background and/or experience? What is your target market?

All of those questions are relevant to the decision.
