Transfer from T2 to T1?
Currently at a lower T2 in the NY/NJ area. First semester, I received a 3.52 gpa (A,A-,B+(LRW),B), which was top 18%. Second semester, I received a 3.51 (A,A(LRW),A-,A-, B-), which brings my overall gpa to a 3.51. I have a 25k scholarship at my current school. Do I have any realistic shot of getting into a T1? If so, which schools?

Why would you want to transfer? You're employment opportunities aren't going to be vastly different at a T1 than they are at a T2. And your grades will get wiped. The only reason to transfer would be if you want to work in a different region than the one your school is in.

I agree^^ No reason to lose your gpa and transfer out, unless you are positive that you want to be working in a completely different region of the country.
