Which professor should I ask for LOR?

3.8 first semester @ T14, applying to HCCN. Should I ask for LOR from prof for class I got A- in? I've been to office hours and prof knows who I am. Or should I ask LOR from prof for class I got A in, but prof doesn't know me b/c I never went to office hours or raised my hand? Thanks

0L here, but could you do a feeler meeting with both professors and see which one you get a better vibe from when you ask?
