Alright y'all here's the deal: Like most people on this thread I am considering transferring schools(read:the apps are filled out I just need LORs) but I am feeling a little conflicted. I currently in the top 10% of my class with a 3.655 GPA at a law school ranked around 50th. I really want to go to a DC school. I have filled out applications to both GW and Georgetown. I know that GW is the more realistic option but does anyone have insight as to whether I even have a shot at that or not? I'm in the Deep South right now and have realized a little late that this is not where I want to be.
Any advice is appreciated.

Re: ~50->DC
I can tell you that GW dropped their 1L class size by ~20% this year, and it would not be surprising for them to want to make it up with fancy transfers paying full-pop tuition. If there's ever been a good year for a GW transfer, it's this one.Anonymous User wrote:Alright y'all here's the deal: Like most people on this thread I am considering transferring schools(read:the apps are filled out I just need LORs) but I am feeling a little conflicted.
