URM boost in transfering? Forum

Anonymous Posting

Transferring is such a black box, I'm not sure that you could quantify it if it were true. I'm also thinking that diversity counts at all levels, but more so when you're reporting first year class demographics.

No URM in my transfer class with a roughly 70%-30% male-female split.
