Transfer Statement
Does anyone have any advice on what kind of personal statement transfer student's should write. Should it look like our initial statement, or should it be heavy on why we want to transfer?
Just curious...

Re: Transfer Statement
Here's the format I used.
Paragraph 1: Intro
2: ties
3: challenges I faced before law school
4: 1L activities
5: 1L success
6: 1L summer
Remainder: why school is good fit and what I would do there

Re: Transfer Statement
My format:
Part 1: why I went to law school (dat prestige)
Part 2: what I did during law school (dat studyin)
Part 3: why I want to transfer (dat employment)
Each part was about the same length. My statement was 2 pages double spaced.
