Chances at NYU, Columbia, Penn, Cornell from Wash U. Top 20%, I would like to think my softs are good, but for T-25 I would imagine that they are pretty standard (various legislative internships, judicial externship). Initially came out of a good university, but had mediocre LSATs.
Ultimately, and I have addressed this in addendum, a significant part of why I want to return home to the northeast is serious family health concerns.

Re: Chances?
NYU/Columbia pretty small chance.
Penn idk.
Why would you want to transfer to Cornell? They don't even let you participate in OCI.

Re: Chances?
Maybe b/c Cornell is realistic and might induce my current school to cough up some cash if I get in.

Re: Chances?
FWIW, many of the people I've conacted who transferred out of wustl last year said that the school wasn't offering money to stay.
But, I hope they change this year. Good luck.
