Anyone transferred (or not) and regretted it?
I'm trying to decide between transferring to HYS and staying at my current school (will probably get into H, shot at S - apping to Y for fun). Has anyone gotten into H and then regretted their decision to transfer, or their decision to stay? If so, why? Any advice?
Currently ranked #1. Very well situated where I am, would be giving up a lot for the H degree.

I'm not sure that it matters. I know I may sound a little presumptuous, but let's just assume for the sake of argument that I'm trying to decide whether to go to H. Of course, I may not get in, but when I do hear back I'll only have a little bit of time to make the decision so I am trying to decide now.
By very well situated I meant that I like it here, and that I want to work in my home market and have already set all of that up.

Hey brah, there's a big difference between being #1 at, say, a T-30, and being #1 at a TTT. You don't have to give the school, just a range. HTH.Slobberson wrote:I'm not sure that it matters. I believe the school question was asked to get a better idea of what you'd be giving up, not whether you'll get in.

Haha, oh yea that makes sense. I guess I was just hoping past transfers would give me anecdotes rather than have a discussion about my specific situation.
I guess past transfers probably don't check this forum a lot though.

If they don't come ITT, PM concurrent fork and vanwinkle. Both are H transfers I believe.
