Letter of Good Standing
Most/all transfer applications require this. When should this be requested? I'm presuming after second semester is complete, but that could significantly delay an application. Does anyone know when is the best time to ask?

Contact your records office and just ask when you can get it. If possible, see if you can make the requests now and have them sent out as soon as they are available. The people working in records are familiar with this process, so they are usually on top of things and can answer questions for you.
