Cornell Transfer
Anyone have any information on how transfers have fared at Cornell? / Is it impossible to write on to a journal? Any information would be really helpful!

Re: Cornell Transfer
My sister said the transfers her year all did well, but that was a while ago. It's a very small transfer class size, so it's easier that way. I have no clue about writing onto journal, but I'm guessing there is some type of write on competition.needhelp01 wrote:Anyone have any information on how transfers have fared at Cornell? / Is it impossible to write on to a journal? Where else are you in? I'm deciding between Cornell and Michigan.

Thanks! There is a transfer write-on you have to score above the cut-off for who didn't make it during their regular competition to make it. And I'm still waiting on a few, trying to decide if taking all the debt is worth it though.

Re: Cornell Transfer
I know of a transfer 4 years ago or so from my T2 that ended up getting a 4.0 at Cornell after transferring there just out of the top 10% at my school (nice turnaround). He then went to a very well respected firm. That said, I know of this student second hand, so there may be a little embellishment. If this has been unhelpful I apologize, I just saw cornell transfer and immediately was like I KNOW ONE, I KNOW ONE!
