Transfer: Case Western vs. WVU
Have been accepted at both places. Received 5k scholarship at CWR, thanks to the new dean allowing transfer students to receive scholarships. CW better ranked than WVU, but even with the 5k WVU still 10k cheaper per year with living expenses included. Went to WVU for undergrad and love the city, but would not be against working in Cleveland either if I ended up at Case. Please let me know any advice.

Case is great. The professors and administration are truly top-notch - the whole place is really underranked. You'll get a spectacular education and the people are uniformly excellent (with the exceptions of crazy gunners like myself, but don't worry I'm out). Despite the fact that I'm leaving, I really am glad I spent time there. I think you wouldn't regret the decision, unless the WVU oci is surprisingly excellent.

We give transfer scholarships now? Interesting.
If you prefer West Virginia/SE Ohio or have some other tie to that school, I guess go there, otherwise go to Case.
