Sorry about this, I will delete the post once I get confirmation. But according to http://www.law.ucla.edu/prospective-stu ... tions.aspx it says "Applicants must submit the following directly to UCLA School of Law:". And then it says we can submit the payment via LSAC.
So does this mean we must mail in the application and then also submit online for the payment? Please dont make fun of me too bad, and thank you for the help.

You can submit your application through LSAC. You don't have to mail it to them.
Only the letter of good standing *must* be submitted to UCLA directly. You can send your transcripts directly to UCLA, or through LSAC. The former is a better option if you want them to see it quickly, as LSAC takes forever to process transcripts.
Also, get your application in yesterday; UCLA has already accepted a fair number of people.
