Top 10% at Tier 4 what are chances of transfering
I am in the top 10% at my current law school (tier 4) with a 3.45 GPA what are my chances of transferring to a Tier 3 school or tier 2 school?

Your chances are probably very good, but no one has answered you because you need to narrow down the field a little bit. Good information would be: 1) what school you're at now, and 2) a few schools you'd be interested in transferring to.

This is what I was told.
Grades just got in, 3.85 this semester. 3.75 overall. No rank yet. Last year it was just under 10 percentile. Highest Score in Con Law, Crim Law, and LRW. Great letters. (TTT/TTTT, in midwest. Just dropped this year.)
Wisco: 60%
Minn: 60%
UIUC: 55%
Wake: 60%
UNC: 55%
Duke: 40%
Michigan: 40%
GULC: 45%
George Washington 55%
William and Mary 60%
