I've been "completion pending" at Columbia for three weeks. Anyone else?

I'll second that. I'd love a double acceptance to finish out an undefeated season of transferlawschoolball. I'm thinking unlikely for me.engineered madness wrote:Here's to hoping for both...and furthermore that some us are positively included

Yup. I was afraid to send in an addendum (FYI: made law review) because I didn't want to "reset the clock" so to speak.Gigaton Punch wrote:I've been "completion pending" at Columbia for three weeks. Anyone else?

I'm still completion pending at Columbia - can't even get an answer saying they have everything or not.

I swear to god.kaiser wrote:Columbia - "Completion Pend(neverend)ing"
I'm calling them today and asking if they (actually) need anything. This really is unacceptable for a school that requires dumb shit like an undergraduate dean's certification (which, for all I know, they haven't gotten).

Has anyone heard from Penn lately? Still stuck on UCR 6/22->6/30.

Re: T14 Transfer Status Change Thread
Their organization for this stuff is just terrible, and the level of unresponsiveness is just unprofessional. This isn't the initial application cycle with 8000 apps falling onto their desks at once. At most, they have a few hundred apps to go through, many of which have been in their possession for half a month or more. I'm not asking them to decide faster (though that would be nice). But update the damn status checker if you are going to bother having one at all.mebeSajid wrote:I'm still completion pending at Columbia - can't even get an answer saying they have everything or not.

It's the near-constant parade of CLS acceptances parading through this thread that makes it all the more irritating that I haven't gone complete yet.kaiser wrote:Their organization for this stuff is just terrible, and the level of unresponsiveness is just unprofessional. Bear in mind that one TLSer's acceptance probably corresponds to 8 IRL acceptances.

I guess I should just be happy to be complete at CLS at this point.
Also, the "ordering football tickets" part of the Michigan Admitted Students Site is not working. I hope this doesn't mean they are sold out for law students and it's just broken right now ... I also have yet to get the packet with the flash drive and all the cool stuff.

Re: T14 Transfer Status Change Thread
did you get an email with login info for the admitted students site? i didn't get anything like that (or the packet yet). i'm pretty certain i didn't imagine the conversation i had with the admissions person yesterday, but i have been having transfer dreams lately, so i don't want to rule it out.keg411 wrote:I guess I should just be happy to be complete at CLS at this point.
