but i hear evening students transfer. whats the deal?
and if it is possible, when do i send in my apps/transcript? after spring or fall semester grades?

You will not have a very good chance of transferring to NYU from any school with part-time program. IIRC the top-ranked school with one is GULC -- from there I'd guess maybe top 1/3 of your class would get you NYU. Otherwise, at a school like Fordham -- maybe top 20%? At a lower tier 1 or tier 2 part-time program, I'd guess you'd need top 5% to top 10%. Don't attend any school with an intent to transfer upwards -- the odds are against you. Only attend a school you'd be comfortable graduating from.
