1. Not impossible, but not a sure thing.
2. Unlikely (unless you have a particularly compelling reason to transfer to that school).

i know several transfer people to gwu from ur place. not 100% sure, but i hear gw loves ur $$$ and the fact u dont affect US news incoming 1L stats.
