Transfer LOR sample?

Post by potentialtransfer » Mon Apr 18, 2011 12:22 pm

One of the professors I asked for a LOR yesterday told me to write the letter myself and he would review it, change some things around, and sign it. Just curious if anyone had samples they could share? I'm finding it difficult to write one about myself. Thanks!

Use LORs your profs wrote for you when you applied for law school as a model. They're generally the same format, especially if your previous LORs were from your UG profs and are therefore "academic".

If you don't have access to those LORs, then look up samples for those. They're a lot more prevalent than transfer-specific examples.
