how much of an influence does the reputation of the college you got your degree from play a role in the admissions process for law schools?

It only matters in a select number of cases, HYS tend to value elite undergrads more, and many schools like Michigan, Georgetown and UNC have home field advantages for applicants like early application track programs starting in Junior year.

Other than that. NEVER WILL MATTER EVER.
