I just wanted to get a sample of responses. I mean, depending on the school's rank it could be very obvious, but all things aside I just wanted to hear a sampling of more intellectual responses to that question. Fire away...

This is the standard line that is fed. Also, if you can prove some kind of geographical reason (transfered from a school in X state to a school in Y state, you have connections in Y and want to practice in Y) that's obviously a plus.

Everyone knows why people transfer though. Like most other questions in OCI (ie, why do you want to work for our firm, blah blah) it's bogus.
