A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

I am also really anxious about decisions and want them to come out soon! Last year the first batch went out right after the deadline. Anyone know when they will come out this year, or hear any updates?

I called today and was told a decision had been made today (the timing!!!!), but they said I have to call back tomorrow for the answer. FML.

I was complete 6/25. Status online still says "complete."

I tried calling today, but couldn't nuance to the person on the other side that I was wondering if a decision was made, and what it was. If anyone has success tomorrow pressing them, PLEASE post!

I called today and was told to check the status checker. Once it says "Decision" you can call the office and they will tell you the decision over the phone.

Anyone have any guesses as to when decisions will come out? Mine is Friday based on last year's data, but that could just be optimistic!

Hey all. I know some people went to "decision" this week, called the admissions office, and found out they were rejected. I was wondering if anyone had been accepted yet? Also, my status checker still says "complete" even though it has been "complete" for a really long time. Think this is a good sign? Thanks!

i haven't heard of any acceptances. was told that if a decision was to be made this week, it would be made by thursday. still complete as of forever ago. hoping and praying for (good) news soon.

Decision rendered today. I called and got the word- rejected. High T2 top 5%. Best of luck to everyone else still waiting!

HAHAHAHA. so funny. but as you can tell it's why I am not bummed out right now- and am wishing everyone the best of luck. The worst part is that I totally outted myself by doing that- though I don't know if adcoms really care to "investigate" in to who is posting, etc... but way to call me out ;) hahahaha.
