Hey guys,
I applied to about a dozen law schools, and I was wondering how I should update them with our new rankings and notification of being on dean's list? When my registrar/ dean of students sent out my transfer letter aka dean cert, they included the rankings grid from the previous year, as rankings were not yet out, but what is the best way for me to update these schools with new rankings? Do i need to go through my dean of students again to have them send it out to each and every school? I feel terrible making them do this, but is this the only way?
Also, how can I notify them that I made dean's list. Do I even need to? I am top 5%, I am sure they can imagine that i am receiving academic awards. I'm just not quite sure how to update schools with this info.
I would really appreciate any help / advice you guys could afford me. Thanks! =)

The day the official rankings came out I e-mailed my registrar with the names and addresses of the schools that required an official rankings letter. I would do that really soon if I were you, because the schools that require it will not evaluate your app until you turn that in.iheartlaw wrote:Hey guys,

If I were you, in the hopes that this *MIGHT* save you some time at a few schools - I'd email admissions at the schools you've applied to, stating that you just received your rank etc and that it is ##/###. Close your email by mentioning that you've instructed your school's records office to send an official confirmation.
