I didn't have an interview per se, but I did set up a visit (part of this included a one on one meeting). Do you have any specific questions.

What did you talk about during your meeting? I did not request the meeting. I was invited to schedule a time to meet with the Admissions Director. I am excited about it, but I do not know what to think. Is it good or bad? I guess my application was not strong enough.

Thank you for your time and comments

I talked about my interest in the school, and I asked questions about some of the programs offered by the school. I think being invited to schedule a meeting is a good thing. You think because you're application wasn't strong enough the admissions office invited you to personally supplement your case via an interview instead of just denying you? I doubt it. Good luck, dude...

Hahah, thank you. I feel better now. I think that they invited me because I did very well during my 1L, but I did poorly on the lsat. I expect that they will ask for an explanation of this.

Did the law school send you an acceptance letter before the interview?

doing poorly on the lsat but crushing 1L is far from uncommon.

If they really wanted to make it an accurate indicator of 1L success, the best thing they could do would be to add a mandatory test prep seminar. Obviously not going to happen, but yeah.

my advice would be to stop trying to figure out why you were invited to meet and just go in with an open mind and use your story and why you want their school to make them believe you belong

I think the relevant question is, do you live in a state where you can wear a holstered firearm in plain view?

Can you pm me as well please? I "interviewed" at a school I've dreamt of attending ever since I even started thinking about becoming a lawyer. Interview = good sign?
