When did you update? Mine is yesterday, 6/30. Any idea what the time table is from here to decision?

Re: Penn - Under Committee Review
6/30, apparently "committee review" is a very rigorous form of review and could take up to 2 weeks.

If you don't mind my asking, what in the heck are y'all talking about? Is this off the waitlist or something? If so, good luck to everyone.

I didn't see it. I should pay more attention to the thread topic. Thanks.

Is there any alternative form of review they do? This sounds about right from transferapps which shows dates around July 6/14 as the earliest decisions.Bankhead wrote:6/30, apparently "committee review" is a very rigorous form of review and could take up to 2 weeks.

Re: Penn - Under Committee Review
Most transfer applications are reviewed only by the Dean of Admissions, not a committee. Thus, at most schools the process is shorter.

Also Under Committee Review -- complete 6/24, app submitted 6/15.
I called yesterday to get an idea of their timeline, they told me they might have decisions end of next week or the week after.

Re: Penn - Under Committee Review
Since I've given up all hope of ever going complete at NYU or Columbia, I'm counting on Penn to be my pre-July 15th acceptance (b/c of the Boalt deadline).
Is anyone else optimistic that we'll hear this week?

^^ Did you not apply to Chicago? I was kind of hoping they'd relieve me from having to do Georgetown's write-on. (The last day to enter is the 19th.)

Re: Penn - Under Committee Review
Yeah I never ended up applying to Chicago. They needed me to submit my LS transcript through LSAC and I never got around to it (Penn supposedly requires that as well, but I went complete by just sending it directly from my school).

Re: Penn - Under Committee Review
Oh... I sent all my transcripts through LSAC. Perhaps that's my hang-up with Columbia? I knew I should have read those application instructions.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
