I need advice on how to deal with my current law school's registrar's office.
The schools I am applying to are July 1-July 15 in deadlines. I have everything lined up except for the stuff from my registrar's office (transcripts, letters of rank, letters of good standing). I've been emailing them regularly because I'm currently working in a different time zone for the summer and it's inconvenient to call (although I may call them in a few while I'm still on my working "lunch break"). On one hand, it's given me time to get a letter of rec. from the judge I'm clerking for (one-on-one is golden compared to my two other LORs, both from professors), but at the same time, I don't get why they haven't a) sent in a transcript already and b) haven't formulated the class rank for this past semester yet (grades have been in since the first week of June).
Aside from calling (which I feel will lead nowhere), what should I do?

Re: Registrar's office
If it gets really bad, you could try contacting a trusted professor to advocate for you. You could also try the Dean of Students. I was literally going to call my Dean of Students the day rankings finally came out. I know for a fact that the school had all grades in for at least 1 week and possibly 2 and the results were being kept back. I suspect because they were conducting "Why are you transferring?" interviews, but I don't know for sure.
