Anonymous Posting

Berkeley deadline: 12:00 am on June 15 or 12:00am on June 16

The website says the deadline is midnight on June 15th. Does anyone know for sure if they mean 12:00 am ON June 15 or if they really mean 11"59pm on June 15. Thanks!
