Glad to see that this forum is being so heavily utilized already. Clearly there was a need and I hope that TLS will become the best resource for those thinking of transferring and I will work to have new content created. Many of you have likely read the article by Arrow (who transferred into Berkeley), but if not it is a great resource and can be found at:
