Really hoping for today as well. It’s still pretty early in the morning.

Hi I think I am also similar: T20, our school doesn't rank, but I guess it's 10%-15% (3.75). My status is now stuck in UR2 (06/14) and no changes ever after. Fingers crossed!DC2NY2x wrote:Top 1%-15% at a T25 . we're somewhat similar so i'd feel like we'd get our decisions around the same time. No movement since then. Sad... Maybe we need to wait for the next batch [/quote]
It seems like you're in the same boat stats-wise as me and the other guy stuck on UR2 6/24 . I think we're gonna be in the second batch next week, but who knows. it is still early, but past years I haven't seen anything about people getting decisions two days in a row in late June.

I am having a hard time understanding how only two (reported) people have been admitted by phone call after 5PM yesterday. It just seems a bit odd to me, especially given how NYU previously sends out transfer admits. I'm still not ruling out this afternoon.

@anon
I definitely wouldn’t rule out admits this afternoon. I think it’s still the most likely scenario. I confess it’s a bit strange that they’d only admit a handful of people late last night but, what can you say? Sometimes strange things happen.

Good point, it is strange only two people got calls so late last night, but it could be that the others admitted dont hit up TLS. who knowsMSUN5 wrote:@anon

For those who are curious about how the admission process were:
The call was at around 5:30pm yesterday, followed by an email from UPS saying that a package from NYU Law is coming, and the actual email from NYU Law came in this morning. So if you see a call from NY, pick it up no matter what time it is!
Best of luck to everyone!

My heart starts pounding every time my phone buzzes...all false alarms! I wish they'd at least tell us what days we would expect a call...

I submitted around 6.10, UR1 6.13, UR2 6.25. Yesterday I checked after the call and it says "Decision letter sent."Anonymous User wrote:Did your status checker change before?yyryyr wrote:For those who are curious about how the admission process were:

Anyone have an idea of what UR3 (7/1) indicates?

You will be fine. Given the fact that we three people have the similar status, it is highly likely that the admissions office is deciding on the second batch. Well, this is just my guess.DC2NY2x wrote:Still stuck on (what i think) is UR2 6/24. The fact you went UR3 is making me nervous. Re: NYU Law Transfer Thread 2019
Thank you for the kind words, the optimist in me thinks that the 1st review was enough and they've made a decision on my app to be send out later this week. The realist in me thinks that if you guys have similar stats to me, I should likely be reviewed in a similar way. Fingers crossed manedivingfish wrote:You will be fine. Re: NYU Law Transfer Thread 2019
Apparently today is the deadline for applications, so they should have their entire pool and hopefully be making decisions soon.
Also is anyone else still stuck in UR1? Not sure if this is a good or bad thing...
