I would just call and ask.. I have called a few times and they have been awesome about keeping me in the loop. Worst case scenario is that you are missing something and they just have not reached out to you yet.

IFF UR3 happens today, then yes. I don't remember seeing any UR2 -> DLS without going to UR3 first.

Last years timeline would say UR3 today and then DLS on Monday. But we'll see.

I've yet to have any of my credentials checked off, even though I know they should have all arrived by now. I'm going to give them a call this afternoon if nothing changes.
